Terms and Conditions for CMPS Events Organizers LLC

1. Definitions

“Organizer” refers to CMPS Events Organizers LLC, its officers, directors, agents, employees, and assigns.

“Client” refers to any individual or entity contracting with the Organizer for event planning, management, or related services.

“Event” refers to any meeting, conference, exhibition, or gathering organized, managed, or facilitated by the Organizer.

2. Contract Acceptance

The agreement between the Organizer and the Client becomes effective only upon written acceptance by the Organizer and receipt of any required deposit or payment from the Client.

These Terms and Conditions, together with any signed proposal or agreement, constitute the entire contract between the parties.

3. Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure event services, with the balance due according to the payment schedule outlined in the agreement.

Failure to pay according to the agreed schedule may result in suspension or cancellation of services without further notice.

4. Changes and Cancellations

The Organizer reserves the right to change any aspect of the Event, including but not limited to the date, venue, program, speakers, or content, at its sole discretion.

If the Client cancels the Event, all payments made up to the date of cancellation are non-refundable. The Client is responsible for any costs incurred by the Organizer up to the date of cancellation.

Suppose the Organizer cancels the Event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, war, government restrictions). In that case, liability is limited to a refund of payments received minus any unrecoverable costs.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client must provide accurate information and timely decisions necessary for event planning.

All attendees must comply with the Organizer’s policies, including identification and age requirements if applicable.

The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and insurance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Event or its cancellation.

The Organizer’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific Event.

7. Code of Conduct

All participants, exhibitors, and attendees must conduct themselves with decorum and by applicable laws and venue regulations.

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and branding associated with the Event remain the property of the Organizer unless otherwise stated.

The Client may not use the Organizer’s trademarks or copyrighted materials without prior written consent.

9. Amendments

Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions must be in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CMPS Events Organizers LLC is registered.

By engaging CMPS Events Organizers LLC, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
